Do you want to reach your youth community for Christ this summer, but aren’t sure how to do it? Do you want the fun, spiritual focus of an entire week of Refuel Camp delivered right to your door in one, easy-to-promote evening event? We’ve seen God work in teens’ lives in awesome, eternal ways at our Refuel Camps over the past decade. Now, we’re excited to bring the excitement and passion of a week’s worth of youth camp (live band, drama team, games, lights, sound and message) directly to YOU – in an incredibly easy-to-use format! From July 22 to August 10, Refuel Tour ‘09 will be making stops all over the US and Canada. We’ve designed each two-to-three hour evening event with teens in mind, so your stop will include fantastic live worship, fun games, thought-provoking videos, powerful drama and a culturally relevant, God-authored message. We’ll be on the road for three weeks and 5,000 miles and we’d LOVE to partner with you in bringing Refuel Tour to your neighborhood! Here’s what you can expect BEFORE we arrive in your hometown: Once you’ve signed up for your evening with Refuel Tour, we’ll send you a Promo Pac to help you promote the event. You can pre-sell tickets using our Refuel Tour wristbands and get your youth excited about the opportunities to engage and impact their community! On the DAY of the Tour: You can expect us to arrive around noon to meet with your teen leaders and church leadership. We’ll partner with your youth and head out into your community to pass out flyers and promote that night’s Tour with local teens. During this afternoon outreach, we’ll be able to connect with your teens and get to know you better! Our goal for Refuel Tour ’09 is to partner WITH you, so the actual Tour event can be tailored to your needs and strengths; if you want to lead the speaking or have your teens do the drama – great! Our desire is to glorify God by serving and equipping you for teen summer ministry in your own community!
